2012, Week Four

I had hoped to share a recipe or two before posting another set of pictures from my Photo a Day project, but this week really got away from me. I haven’t been cooking a lot since I got back from Dallas, and unfortunately, when I did cook it didn’t turn out to be anything worth sharing (I have a lot to learn about sardines).

It’s restaurant week here in Oakland (actually, I think today is the last day) and I’m glad I got out and tried a new place. But I forgot to take a picture. I got some other fun pictures, though, and I already love having this daily record of 2012. I hope you’re enjoying them, too.

I was inspired by Tracy at Shutterbean, whose 365 photo project last year was so fun and inspiring. I set up a Flickr set to collect my pictures, and I’ll share them here with you every week, too, as long as I manage to continue doing it. I’m really looking forward to looking back at the end of 2012, and having a record of at least one small moment of every day.

Here is 2012 so far.
